Customer Refunds and/or Exchanges:
Please note that handmade goods come with imperfections and no two are alike. The product you order may not be the exact product in the listing photos, it may be part of a larger batch of items that are all slightly different from each other.
Refunds and Exchanges are offered for items that arrive broken or with missing pieces. NOTE that all items are inspected by myself or another real person (another family member) before they are packaged. We take extreme care to ensure that the items arrive as expected and in great condition. Please contact us as us@madlandia.com for instructions on returning the item(s). If it is possible for us to exchange the item, we will work with you on selecting a replacement. If the item is out of stock and we are unable to replace it, you can get a refund or credit toward another purchase.
Damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of receiving your package and refunds/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your package.
Please contact us if you have an issue with your order so we can work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
